Vice guru help identify vice

I went to a garage sale and found this vice pictured below only marking on it is 4 and on the base it has a number 3

The "4" looks like it was carved with a Dremmel tool. The ribs on the stationary jaw body, no markings cast on the body, the roughness of the cast makes and overall style me guess that it's an older Asian vise. Maybe from the 70s. Can you post a picture of the bottom?
