vice gurus ??? Prentiss # 56 Vice

I know we all like nice shiny tools in our box but some of us like old tools too.

I know we have some vice collectors/gurus right ?? I just acquired a 6" Prentiss Vice Co. #56 vice. It has Bull Dog forged into the back... weighs well over 100#s I'm looking for some info on this old vice.
