Victor oxygen regulator rebuild

I think the diaphragm in my Victor oxygen regulator is shot. It isn't regulating anything. Has anyone ever rebuilt a regulator themselves? The local welding shop wants ~$60 to do it and they send it off. If doing it yourself isn't practical, is there somewhere I can send it to directly to cut out the middle man? Thanks

I had my acetylene reg rebuilt by these folks. IIRC, you send them $40 and the reg. They rebuild it and ship it back to you in less than 10 days.
