In the only town in Pennsylvania, Bloomsburg.
Vidmar/Lista with large draws (height wise) are not as valuable as cabinets with smaller drawers. That said, unless you have many Vidmars with drawers which are more useable, I would pass on this, unless you find this size valuable. Assuming no heavy rust near the base, wheels, and a few drawer dividers, I would consider $300 at most, but I would not buy it as I consider larger drawers wasted space. If it had drawers all the size of the top drawer $400-500. Your link does not work.

That looks to be good shape, just an ugly color. I'd say 250-300 and all though thinner drawers are preferred there's nothing wrong with what you got there. I have a vidmar Mobil cabinet that has that size drawers and I use it for all my corded grinders, drills and other stuff. It holds a **** load of tools. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it's not beat up and is 300 or less.

Matter of fact here a recent pic of a 6" and 4" drawer.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m guessing for less than $200 I may need to hop in my truck..

This cabinet may be coming home tonight. After some polite horse trading the seller moved on his $200 ask. My familiarity with Vidmar is limited. However, research on this site has me concerned about this box tipping. You see, I have 2 young boys and if it’s dangerous/flammable/loud and expensive they want to mess with it. Questions- is tipping a concern? Are the casters factory? Thanks

With only one drawer open at a time, tipping is not a concern. They look like factory wheels. Great buy!
