Vidmar lock removal how to?

I bought a used stanley vidmar cabinet today with no key. The cabinet is unlocked but the swiss lock cylinder has defeated me. I drove the little pin out near the rod. No luck. It has no retainer clip or nut.Please help. I just want to get a key made. I need to find a # on the lock.

I checked those directions out earlier. It says to turn lock cylinder with key.But what if i dont have key?Its a real nuts design. No retaining clip or nut. I thought Lista was hard. This is way worse

Very easy to remove, flathead screwdriver and small pick

You have to remove the drawers, then depress the brass spring tab on the back of the cyclinder with a small pick at the same time stick the flat head in the key hole slot and turn the cylinder.

Once you pop the cylinder off you will see the key code starting with letter A

First time I did it, it took a while to figure out.
