vidmark cabinet

Hi Guys
I bought this cabinet at an auction and need to get it home.
Does anyone know if the drawers are removable like a snap on box
with the slides that you have to slide out with a feeler gauge?

awesome box. Vidmar (no "k"). Pull the drawers all the way out and lift them up and then pull up/out. They just set in, no feeler gauge tricks. Then you'll be able to pull the slides out, and you'll see a little flip tab on them that you lift up to release them.

Once out, clean all the bearings out with WD40 and then pack with Super Lube or the like.

Dang that thing looks like a tank, and possibly has seen a bit of battle field use. I think that is actually a Lyon cabinet.

take all the drawers out and mark each one, then take the sliders out also make them as to where they go. That will cut the weight in about half, but you will still need help loading and unloading....Trust me, I have two...Rich
