view all on long threads

Would it be posible to automatically disable the "view all" button on a thread once it reaches a certain number of pages or megabytes? My poor old garage computer locks up if i accidentally hit it on a really large thread and i have to re-boot to get it going again. Not a huge issue, but i'm certain others have this problem too.

What web browser do you use? Sometimes using a newer browser (and keeping it updated) can mean they have better protection in place for run-away-processes. I suggest Google Chrome.

If you do not want to 'view all' just click on the last page. Easy.
