VIM is the OEM for all of Cornwells bit sockets, probably other brands too where they're selling rebranded imports. Its good quality stuff, especially for the price.

I like the VIM hex, Torx and half-cut Torx bits. They're very good quality at a reasonable price. I've never been disappointed with anything from VIM.

I bought a barely used set on ebay for $30.

Solid quality and you can't beat the price. Bit part seems like the same quality steel as the hi-end brands. The chrome and engraving on the socket part are pretty basic.
