Anybody else use these? I got some more today and used them to hold all of my extensions, adapters, and swivels in place instead of having them roll around all the time. I dont have too much of a problem with most of my tools when its just me, but since there is often someone else who needs to "borrow" just "one", they tend to slam the drawers shut and everything ends up a mess. Well at least to my standards.

These aren't the most space saving for some applications, but I have found them to be quite universal.

The 1/4,3/8 and 1/2 studs all interchange on the same rail. I cut some of them to length as well.

I like it... looks like a nice way to keep track of your extensions. Now I must get a few as well.... :willy_nil

it is nice. Makes for quick ID of them. and no more rolling around.

I put the other ones on edge for quicker ID. Takes up more space but I have plenty of extra room as you can see. If I need more the 12pt sockets are getting ditched except for the 6 sizes I have ever needed to use.

Mag rails from Vim are the best socket rails I've seen:thumbup:
They're far from cheap though but, you can tailor them to hold most any type of socket. Their magnets are strong which means they're great for sticking to a tool cart/box but, not great for portable use.
Retail on them is about $2 an inch. If you want several of them, it may be worthwhile to buy the jobber kit directly from VIM. I use them in my tool cart. I find them to be much better than those stupid hansen trays that have pegs for sizes you'll never use but, that's just me.

ill agree with the hanse tray statement somewhat. They waste a ton of space. Once I need the space they occupy they will be gone but I like them for quick identification for the people who "borrow" a tool, that way they can find it fast and be out of there. That still never happens though.
