Vim Tools customer service

I had a good experience this evening with Vim Tools. I received a set of nut setters, 6 magnetic and 6 hollow shaft. My 8mm that should have been hollow shaft is shown here next to the 10mm and you can see how shallow it is. It apparently was machined to be the magnetic version and never got the magnet.
Anyway I reached them at 6:30 PM my time, 4:30 in CA, and had a live person with communication skills in about 30 seconds. About two minutes to explain the issue and give my address, and the replacement is on the way.
I love a painless experience like this and owe it to them, and other tool buyers, to pass on my experience.

I love when customer service it quick and easy like that. I recently bought the 49 piece 3/8" drive socket set from SK and when I received it I noticed that the deep 17mm socket was missing and instead there were two deep 18mm sockets. I emailed them briefly explaining the problem along with my address and within a few hours they replied telling me they shipped out a replacement for me. I received it four days later. Very happy with the customer service. [emoji106]

I'll plug Milwaukee here. Called them about my cordless ratchet. Live person answered & walked me through online submission (said that she could do it but online would be quicker & less errors since it goes through less channels). Had a new one in 5 or 6 days.

Good to know. Never had to warranty any VIM because all of my tools from them are convenience tools(great tools to get you out of a claussen **** pickle), but once again, great to know if I have to warranty them they'll make it easy.
