Hopefully they have things sorted out since I got a newly released LP90 via SK which sucked.
Nice to see another source for the slim design USA made locking extensions.
Re the LP90, I doubt it. As most that have been here for 5+ years know, lots of complaints on the SK LP90 from day one. I bought one a few years into the run, even after the many bad reviews here, and mine locked up out of the box. I sent it back and moved on to the Gearwrench 90T line and have had no issues with the ~15 that I have. Yes, I don't use them daily, but they all actually worked out of the box and still do. The SK uses the same basic mechanism as GW 90T, Matco 88, Tekton 90T, Capri 90T... with the exception that SK doesn't, or didn't, use a counteracting spring on the "opposite" side of the direction lever; all of the others have this, and I've never had an issue with any of those others. I don't know if this is the issue, but I took my LP90 apart and watched it lock up, without load, and could not figure out WTF was wrong with it. I removed the gear and pawl and all looked just fine, so I gave up and sent it back for a refund and gave up on the LP90 at 0 for 1 and moved on.
I haven't heard the same complaints about the Olsa, but this may just be a sampling size issue as there were plenty of people who had no issues with their LP 90s. And I was an SK fan when they were a functioning USA company and have many sets of their sockets; but the LP90 has some sort of design issue.
Edit- yes, those are the best locking extensions, IMO. But pricey.
