VIM Tools warranty

I was wondering if anyone ever has had any trouble with VIM tools on a warranty. I just purchased several sets from them seem to have very good reviews on strength. I hope I never have to warranty anything, just wanted to know if anyone has ever dealt with them before?

I did, once. Their HBR3 bit ratchet stopped ratcheting after about 2 years, just free wheeled, so I called them. The nice lady on the phone was very helpful, asked for my address and a few days later I had a brand new one in the mail...

I had a grabber tool that literally fell apart, had never even used it. They were very easy to deal with and sent me a replacement.
