Hey fellas I was getting ready to sheet my walls with Paneling or t111 but my buddy has a lead on 4x6,4x8 or 4x10 1/2 in sheet rock with vinyl for only 2.50 so I can save a ton of cash&buy extras incase of damage in the future.what I'm worried about it my building has a mono slope / shed roof.So after I get up so far I can't run full sheets Ill have to cut short to long.I'm wondering when I cut will the vinyl pop up,crack, peel etc?
Here's a pic not all of em have that sign Btw.I plan on going to buy a bunch of the 4x10s

I pulled some woodgrain vinyl drywall out a basement years ago and reused it my workshop area. The stuff is heavy and quite often has a fire rating since it is used in commercial aplications.

Careful cutting will give you good results. I'd experiment with a guide and a RotoZip for the cuts. You can control the dust off the cutter by having someone follow the cutter with a vacuum.

How do you plan on attaching it?

Dont know where you live but there can be issues with mold. It likes the moist conditions behind the vinyl. We are seeing this in schools that used vinyl wall coverings in the past.

I worked with this stuff a lot in my former life. Yes it is very heavy but very durable. When you to cut the panels on the side you must cut the rock from behind then peal it backwards pulling the vinyl away from the rock then cut the vinyl a few inches longer than the rock, then use spray on glue and rewrap the vinyl to give it the factory look. as for end treatment when butting two sheets together they make a batten that is wraped in the same vinyl that matches. As for repairs holes and dents use a razor knife cut out the spot peal off the dameged vinyl repair rock as you would normaly then cut a patch of vinyl and glue into place. I love this stuff and it is very easy to work with.

I'd suggest using self tapping truss head screws that are finished in white. Little black indented dots from drywall screws would not look good to me.
If the drywall is being mounted on bare wood then an adhesive would cut down on the number of screws needed.
