Bought a rusted 3/4" ratchet at the flea market today. Trying to get more information and figure out what is the best way to free it up since it is seems to be frozen. It doesn't have an obvious screws or anything to take it apart. There does look to be 2 pins that are pressed in the head that might hold it together.

I looked it up on the collecting snap-on website and it seems like it is from the 30s but there isn't much information out there on it. (http://www.collectingsnapon.com/socket_sets/G3-4inchdrive/3-4ratchets.html) I really couldn't find much info on it so I was wondering if it is a collector piece?

It is pretty cool that it is from the 30s, should I try and clean it up or just leave it as is? I appreciate any advice or information I can get on this ratchet.

You're right, it is a 5/8". Looks like its a HD7 ratchet and it could be from as early as 1923. I got it soaking in ATF, hopefully I can get it to break loose. I don't think an evaporust bath will do too much, should I just take a wire wheel to the handle to clean up the rust?
