I have this old air compressor and there are no tags identifying the maker. There are stampings on the bottom crankcase - 98303, the top crankcase - 98304 and the cylinder head - 98983.
My question is what is the threaded hole above the drain plug for? I started it up today and all of a sudden oil is dripping out of the hole.
Can anyone give me info about this compressor? Pics attached.
