Vintage Air Tire Machine ID

I just bought this vintage air tire machine today. I found the markings, letters AP and numbers 3961. The original color appears to be a light blue. Any help with the make, model or if I am missing parts would be appreciated. I paid $60 hopefully I didn't just get a boat anchor. Thanks, Stacey

I have searched the internet and found this machine is a Big four tire machine. Now I have to get it cleaned up and running.

I don't know much about these machines, but it looks pretty neat. If you could get it working, you could save some $ mounting your own tires.
