Vintage ATD SOCKET Set + AI Industrial Tools Socket Set

Trying to find any info Possible on these Vintage Socket Sets. One has ATD-1021 on the Metal Tool Box and the other is AI Industrial Tools SS-121 21 Piece 1 Inch Sq Dr Socket Wrench Set which seems to be missing a few sockets. Any info on quality, brands, Or what they’re worth is appreciated. Metal Tool box is Large so I’m guessing for use on Commercial Big Truck since a whole lot of Manuals for Kenworths, Mack Trucks + a lot others.
