Vintage Black and Decker Drill With Saw

Bought this Black And Decker 1/4 Standard Drill with a weird saw attached to for $12.00 at an Atiques shop, it works fine and cuts wood good, it looks like the saw might have come with the drill as the Handle on the saw and and Plastic screw like thing on the top of the drill match, Anybody know more about this drill, or its age, 40's to 50's its serial number is 1459283

I dont see that particular model in my 1957 or 1958 catalogs, I think it is earlier than that. No saw attachment like that either.

all i could find is that from what i see, the Black and Decker logo is from the Late 40's to the Early 50's
