Vintage Black & Decker 1/4" drill

i picked this up from goodwill last week. not that I need a drill but It caught my eye.

It's 115 volt but notice the blades on the plug? very early keyless chuck too.
overall itlooks to be very good condition, not used a whole lot

It looks like a third prong was cut off at some point. It could be one of these:

Man, you have good eyes, I didn't notice that until you pointed it out. I did notice the rubber housing was kind of large for the 2 prongs but didn't look any closer .
