Here is a Blue Point Co Chicago B31 lapping tool. Any idea on the year and value of something like this??

Can that one be opened to view the working mechanism? The one I had could be IIR. Very interesting.

Take the 30 if offered. I've seen them sell for $2.00 at auctions.
