Vintage carpenters toolbox

Got this years ago after my FIL passed I got this super cool chest. Wandering if anyone can ID it and give me a ballpark value. I really don't have use for it nor space to store it. (btw there is no drawer missing, that's the design.)
Size is 35x19x8

It looks like walnut, I'd make room for it. Wood needs a bit of feeding.
