Vintage Champion HELP (PICS ADDED)

My vintage champion air compressor won't build pressure past 20 PSI. The issue is I can not find the model number (It might be a OE 40-60) and the serial number is 64296. I can't take pictures right now and I can't find any on the web.

It was in an insulated garage over this MN winter. I drain and changed the oil.
More info:
Might be DE 40-60???
The tubing wraps around behind the flywheel
NO fins on the tubing

I did not hear any leaks. I tightened the belts (moved the motor back). The belts look fairly worn (I will take them off a get new ones). I changed the oil (milky brown). I put some SEAFOAM in the oil. I plan to run it awhile and the change the oil again.

I probably am not using the correct terms, but the valve right before the air goes into the tank. I took it off and sprayed some carb cleaner in it and it had some carbon build-up. There seems to be good pressure coming out of the line when I took this valve off. The tubing is LARGE so I do not know if I can get a gauge to test the pressure.

I have never torn apart a compressor and I only spent $150 for the unit.

If the motor keeps running but you are not building any more pressure you have a leak somewhere or the belt is slipping.

If the motor is shutting off you have a problem with the pump over working the motor which either means the pump has a problem or the motor has a problem.

If the motor is shutting off and you here a quick burst of air then the pressure switch is adjusted to shut off at 20psi and it needs to be adjusted

If the compressor runs for awhile to reach this 20psi and it doesn't sound like it is struggling really bad you might just have a defective gauge in which case you can verify that by adding an exteral gauge to the line or the outlet and seeing what it reads.

I hear no struggling in the compressor. It does not seem to shut off. It ran for 30 minutes yesterday (never changed in sound). Could it be a ring issue?

Does anybody know the model of this pump?
