Vintage coats tire machine

So I picked up this old Coats tire machine and the hoses are bad and need to be replaced. Where can I go to get new hoses for it? The hoses are one piece with no hose clamps so I can’t just get some hose and replace it as the ends are crimped together. Could I get them from Oreillys? Thanks for your help.

One of the local Napa stores in my area custom makes hoses for applications like this. Might be worth checking if any of yours did and bringing them in for them to see.

At our shop we’ve had a company come out and make us hydraulic hoses for some of our hoists. They have a service van and build them on site.

We have a company called hose man that will take walk ins and build me hoses while I wait. I'm sure with a little searching you can find a company like that where you live.

Car caught my eye as well. Looks like an early 50’s Oldsmobile based on the hubcaps. I have one in my stable as well.

I got the same machine Coats 705 and love mine. Thought about rebuilding the air cylinder but was afraid of ruining the spiral lock ring that holds the ends on. Also on mine I got brass ******* from the auto parts store that threaded right into the cylinder on the top and bottom and put them on the foot pedal also, then used standard 3/8 air hose with hose clamps to hold the hose on barbed fitting instead of replacing the original hoses.. Use rawhide leather Ken tool aluminum wheel protector and you won't mar wheels at all Ken tool part no 31810. I also made an extension piece on my lathe to make the outer piece raise up higher for todays wider rims. Put a Ludwig speed king bass drum pedal on the foot control also

The car is a 1950 Oldsmobile 76. Good eye! What I’ve done on my tire machine is took a pair of side cutters and cut off the crimped ends to expose the ******* underneath then used hoses and clamps.
I’m very interested in the mods you made to your tire machine Man-a-fre. Could you post more pictures explaining what you’ve done to it please? I’d love to make mine more usable with wider and taller tire/wheels. Do you have any problems with aluminum wheels?

No problem with aluminum rims , use the ken tool part 31810 or a like piece of rawhide leather as i I said and it works great doesnt scuff rims at all just did 4 2019 chevy silverado lt 4x4 truck tires replacement with aluminum rims no scuffs and those are real scuff and nick prone

I think that I have that same machine too. Mine is just sitting in storage waiting for me to find a place to put it for display.
