I have a neat Snap-On vintage set I'd like to sell, or trade for newer Snap-On tools. I picked this up because I thought it was a cool collectable, but I could use the money for more practical tools for work.
The set seems a bit of a mixed bag, mostly 12 point sockets, seemingly from the late 30's. Some sockets look a bit rounded off, the tip of the straight screwdriver bit is messed up, the ratchet is not functioning at 100%, and the lid of the case is broken as pictured. I'd rather see this go to a collector or enthusiast who will appreciate it more than me. The set is as I picked it up, I did not clean up anything. I did a little research and I think $50 shipped would be a fair price. If I am asking too much, please make a reasonable offer. Post interest here, then PM me. Thanks!
**SOLD**

Do a little bit more research. I sold one of those 9/32" drive T handles sets on ebay for $172 to a guy in Japan and had about 10 others bidding on it. SnapMom helped me allot getting the value for it.

Since posts aren't allowed criticizing what someone is asking for something, I would think these posts aren't either. :dunno:
