Have this ancient 220V compressor that came with the house and I am trying to figure out exactly what it is, or is it a hybrid of parts?

The previous owner used it in the recent past for painting projects.
It started right up as soon as I flipped the lever.
Ran beautifully and ran all the way up to 140psi before I got scared, because the tank appears to be 50+ years old. Probably perfectly fine at that pressure, but I didn’t see any psi cut off, so I just shut it off.
Held that 140 psi for at least an hour, which is when I emptied it.
I had to move it from where it was to remodel, so it is now in a garage. Appears to have been always kept under cover. And it weighs a couple hundred lbs.
So, what say you?
Is it a Sears unit? Built this way? Mish-mash of parts over the years? Value?
And BTW, I was a member here for many, many years, but the ”new look” website wouldn’t take my old info, so had to rejoin.
