This is a socket/open wrench from Cornwell. This is a vintage wrench, and the "4" before the USA is likely either 1944 or 1954 based on other tools I got this item with. The "Cornwell man" logo is prominent on this one. 3/4" in size. Some chrome loss around the open end. Swivel swing firmly but freely.
