I have on opportunity to buy a Cornwell mechanics chest serial # 47705, What would the approximate age of this box be? Did Corwell manufacture these or rebadge another makers box? Any info would be appreciated.
To my knowledge, Cornwell never made their own boxes. They've used Remline, Waterloo, & Kennedy over the years.
Vintage? I think MBC or Metal Box Company made their old stack units. Pictures? A serial number is different than a part/model number....
