I took a quick scroll through the catalogs 60-mid 70s and didn't see it (I may have missed it). My guess is mid 60s to early 70s. That logo appeared in 59 and petered out mid-70s but the main line of their tool boxes were gray body/red drawers with a chevron logo. I'd guess that was a cheaper model geared towards home owners.

EDIT: Definitely not "one of the first made" as claimed by the seller.

Closest thing I've found so far was on the back of the 1964 and 1966 catalog, But even then the Crown/Castle Logo was On the right side of the cabinet and has different drawer pullers.

I saw it, I'm going to pass on it..but there is a crown top machinest chest same color further down on market place that will work with the bottom..

Thanks for the help everyone!

I ended up deciding against it, as neat as it is I’m just going to finish out my grey/red stack today. Then I’ll just need to find a midbox and a 12d for my big setup. I already have 5 boxes up for restoration, probably don’t need one more
