I recently bought a Craftsman combination plane, no. 3728. I have been through all the Craftsman catalogs scanned in by Rose Tools at Blackburntools.com, but none of the catalogs lists the combination plane (unless I missed one). Many catalogs list other wood planes, but I haven't ever seen this one.

My model is post 1950, as evidenced by several booklet inserts dated as revised in 1950, but these were probably for sale as far back as the 1930s, because one booklet (apparently printed in bulk and still being included) had a Craftsman underline logo, which was late 1930s-early 1940s. It's pre-1962(-ish), because this particular model was made by Stanley for Craftsman, and they stopped making combination planes in the early 1960s. It's not listed in the 1957 or 1960 hand tools catalogs.

I'm not sure why these combination planes weren't listed in the catalogs, but I was hoping someone who has access to other catalogs than the blackburntools website wouldn't mind looking up my plane and maybe providing a few images of the catalog page listing them. I'd really appreciate it - I'm curious, especially, about what they originally cost.

This is from the 1952 catalog, it's gone from the 1953 & 1954 catalogs.
