Saw that posted on another collector site. Only the second one I've seen and the other one was missing the light. Wish it was within my reach!!!!

I had the light but sold it locally. Here is a pic of it in a catalog, not sure of year.

That is awesome. I have actually been trying to think of ways to mount a light above my work bench. This gives me some ideas at least. Would love to own that.

Not to nerd out, but if that's not the ne plus ultra in pegboard design I don't know what is! The built-in lamp is cool, of course, but I really like the variable slots vs fixed matrix of holes. That provides alot more flexibility. Does it take any types of standard pegboard hooks? It looks like it.

I've never seen one of these in the flesh Lugz but it sure looks like it uses proprietary hooks to me. I want one!

Heres a pic of the backside:

So, JoCo is right. Threaded hooks for securing with a wingnut on the back. But, if the diameter of the slots are the same as the diameter of standard pegboard holes, I don't see why you couldn't use standard hooks.

Someone posted this board on the Craftsman collector group on Facebook. It's nowhere near me otherwise it would already be in the horse stable.

I've never seen one of these outside of the catalog. It's one of the unicorns I keep my eyes open for but haven't seen a trace of one until this one surfaced online.

That is cool. Where is it and how much are they asking. Unless Im not seeing something right, how would you readjust the hooks once mounted on the wall

It's been sold. A collector on the Craftsman FB page snagged. I believe it was Michigan but I could be mistaken.

I may have the workbench frame from the ad pictured, I just acquired it. It doesn't have any Craftsman insignia on it, but it sure looks-like it's the same manufacturer, if mine isn't a 'Craftsman' branded piece. Structurally, it's very-sound. I didn't see any stamped markings on it when I gave it a casual once-over, but I'm gonna give it the Inspector Clouseau now. "Kato, I know you are there!"

It has punch-outs for duplex outlets on the front and rear top-rails. You can see them in the pic.

I don't need this, if someone thinks it's a piece they could use, make an offer. No top, no drawers. It has light locking casters which I'm sure are something added by a prior owner. It appears to be 14 ga steel. The prior owner apparently decided to not-bother with the assembly directions as the lower shelf looks like it was installed upside-down, as the reinforcing ribs are on-top.

Not-anymore, I installed the bottom shelf, properly. Pic taken before.

Thanks, JoCo. The smaller hooks might fit, but might be too loose. Have to agree with Terry D's observation. The whole point of variable slots seems to be completely eliminated by having to take it off the wall to loosen the wingnuts. Strange.

Probably why they didn't catch on.

You could try using the pegboard hooks that had twin hooks side-by-side (designed for heavy objects) as they would be more stable.
