I know there are two vintage Craftsman Ratchets out there that are worth $$$, one being this one...

And the other is a flex head, no pic available. Does anyone have any info on either one? What is the value of the one pictured above? I have the chance of buying the pictured one for $75.00 and believe it or not the other for $55.00. Please, need some advise.

Hi, thank you for your information in the other post about picking the best pipe material for your compressor!

If I am understanding all the talk on the GJ yes indeed that little craftsman ratchet are getting top mega dollars on E-bay, I seem to recall that the one you pictured even go for more then $75.00 dollars.

Hope that helps you out.

That ratchet was made between 1959-1963 and then disappeared. It was only offered in 3/8" drive.

eBay prices range between $50-$150. (don't ask me how I know, I'm so ashamed)

$75 is about average...I have been after one for awhile now. My question is why did they stop making that one and the 1/2 long handled ratchet?
