anybody know how this comes apart. the pencil is pointing to what seems like 7 little pins in a collar that go all the way through to the other side with the same type collar. took the two screws out just to the right of the pencil but the the thing won't budge. the model number is shown and i can't find this info anywear online. don't want to pound on it.
