Any idea how old and is anything missing todays flea market find

I have a ratchet that looks like that but your finish is nicer. It dates from the 30s. Can't tell about the sockets from just looking at the top. The speeder and breaker bar don't look quite right, but look on the Alloy Artifacts web site.

That's definitely an old box and at least inside, in good condition. +1 on the age, but without seeing close ups of any of the tools, can not tell you if they are original to the box. All should have a full underline logo, similar to the one on the box lid.

What are the codes on the pieces? H-Circle, BE, U-Circle, =V= etc? That would be the best way to figure out the age.

According to AA, the BE code with the underlined craft were produced between 1935 and 1944.
