Vintage Craftsman Wrench

Recently, I bought a tool box for $10 that had tools in it. Loading up in my truck, the guy says I have a larger rolling tool box I will give to you if you want it. It also has tools in it. I said yes, I will take it. The tool in the attached picture was in the tool box and I have never seen this one before. How old do you think it is. Where the craftsman label is, it says N4, on the head is says 1731. On the side that says Forged in USA it says Cl. It is a 3/4 inch wrench. If I wanted to sell it, what is the value of this wrench? Thanks for your help.

It is most likely 1930's. Not worth too much, especially in that condition. Only one side is 3/4, the other is obscured by rust.

Wartime. Nearly identical "CI" (Billings & Spencer) wrenches marked CRAFTSMAN VANADIUM were prewar.

This is an Industry Standard Number. ISN 1731 DOE engineers wrenches had service openings of 3/4" and 5/8".

If I wanted to sell it, what is the value of this wrench?

Despite the age, these are fairly common wrenches, regularly found on flea market $1 tables or among large cheap wrench lots online. If it was an ISN 1731A (3/4" x 7/8") you just might be able to glean a little more out of it from some wartime guy looking to put a 5-pc Jeep or 6-pc GMTK set together.
