Vintage Craftsman Wrenches B Code and CI for Billings

First pics 7/8 x 3/4 Offset Craftsman wrench has a B code on the 7/8th end.
Approx year range and who made it for Craftsman?

Second pics 3/4 x 25/32 Craftsman offset. Has double CI markings on 3/4 x 25/32 side. CI which I assume to be Billings. What year range?

The first wrench is an early example of the modern raised-panel wrench. Essentially, it's a V-series wrench before they started marking the "V". It was made by MDF somewhere from the mid-1940s to the 1950s.

The second wrench is earlier. I wondered why you mentioned Billings, but I see AA has recently added an entry that attributes CI to Billings.

I think there's as compelling a case to make for the CI code being MDF too. In fact, on balance, I think it probably is.

Regardless, the wrench dates from ~1933 to the early 1940s.
