Over the weekend, I bought an old air compressor at a yard sale. I would guess it’s from the 40s or 50s maybe? It is a single cylinder Curtis compressor with a 2HP 220V Westinghouse motor. It has a handle and big wheels to pull it around with. It runs like a top, but has an air leak at the compressor outlet connection. I can fix that. Don’t really know what to do with it, but I couldn’t pass it up. I do not see a tag on the tank. It is really heavy, I think it is at least 300-400 pounds. How can I tell the cfm rating? I looked on the Curtis website but it didn’t really help. Here are a few photos.
