Does anyone know what years this was made.

The box has a zip code, so it's post-1963.

I was gonna be a smart *** and say sometime in the 1900's. but he's right, with a regular zipcode and no extra +5, I would say 60's - 70's. by 80's I would expect a better quality printed insert...

It looks to be built very cheaply, as in POS, which suggests it pretty recent.

Well, you can buy a new one with a metal cone for less than $30 at NAPA.

Look around inside the manual for a litho date. If it was a union print shop there is usually a "Litho U.S.A." and date.
