A friend of mine picked up this tool kit at a yard sale over the weekend, from what it appears it's a Bacharach brand, with a diesel compression gauge, some hand reamers (for carbon scraping injector ports, I assume) and various adapters/ete... No tag or part numbers on the box itself.

Didnt really find much doing some searching. Curious to know if anyone is familiar with the brand and what the kit is for/what it might cover.

Bacharach was a well known Diesel fuel system test equipment bench supplier in the seventies and probably well before that. Our fuel system lab had several of their pump calibration benches when I got out of college and started working in a diesel engine R&D lab for an engine manufacturer.

By the late eighties or early nineties they were replaced by more sophisticated equipment as the old mechanical fuel systems were replaced by electronically controlled systems.
