I have 6+ of these made and ready to ship out the door. I gathered up all the supplies to ensure I could keep my $175 shipped pricing regardless of what happens with tariffs, etc.

A customer provided me a picture of the slow speed kit installed on his outstandingly restored Delta. We added a shaft collar to allow the pulley to be spaced upward a bit. Enjoy!

Just wanted to let all you fine folks know that I'm starting a new batch of pulleys. If you order right now there may be a little lead time. Life has gotten a little busier and there is, alas, less time to work in the shop but I will keep making these available as time allows!
