Vintage Floor Jack ID Requested

Hi all,

Looking to get an identification of this old/vintage/antique Floor Jack and perhaps an idea if it is of any value if it turns out to be in good working condition.

Once ID'd I would imagine the next question would be parts availability in case a servicing is in order.

It's a old mechanical jack, looks like a Walker, Parts are pretty much Non existent outside of a donor or someone experienced with metallurgy and some machinist skills.
