Vintage Floor Jack ID

HI,

I have this floor jack i bought at an estate sale several years ago.
It needs rebuilt and some restoration work. i am looking to get rid of it as i don't use it and it's taking up floor space. I would like to know how much i should ask for it.

I really have no experience with floor jacks.

Looks like an early Hein Werner WS. Rated at 1-1/2 tons. If it works and does not leak 50-70 dollars in my area.
