This little cast iron whatzit was on its way to the dump. A neighbor was cleaning out a shed and I was able to “help” him get rid of some junk. Rusty no name tools from his dad and uncle mixed with scrap metal and general crapola.
But there were a few gems for me. Here is one of them. Does anybody have a clue? Grinnell makes valves and other stuff. One side has a list of pipe sizes. The bottom has these unusual sharp teeth.
So you sink this in concrete..for what purpose?
