Vintage Hobart wheel buffer.
I picked this up, but it wasn't tested, and I'm trying to figure out the wiring. There is no wiring diagram inside. It's 110/220v. I was able to check which winding is which. Unfortunately someone tried buffing the name plate. Also, does anyone know why the brushes are grounded to the case? So far I've painted the center
