Ideal Toy Company made a lot of tiny die cast tools as well as their Powermite toy power tools.
They were around when I was a kid, so probably circa 1960s to early 70s.
All of them were functional, i.e., the pliers opened and close, clamps and vises clamped and so on.
The power tools plugged into a "power outlet" in accompanying case that held batteries.
Stuff is readily available on eBay, SOLD prices are like $10-30 for a power tool, a few bucks and up for hand tools.
Mint stuff in boxes or full sets can get pricey.
I've thought about buying a few, just cause they're cute, but haven't yet.
