Vintage-ish Waterloo Machinists Chest

I purchased this Waterloo box with some wrenches I chose from the same guy. It's missing the drop front. Does anyone know where to buy this replacement part? The date of manufacture is July 1970 I believe. I can find the 'door' on Kennedy's site, and it looks similar to pictures I've seen of the Waterloo, but I have no idea if it would fit or not. I can't find replacement parts on Waterloo's site. Thanks.

The drawer liners cleaned up pretty good with just a lot of spraying with air. I degreased the box, but it is rusty and messed up to just leave like it is. Plus, it has the ugly latch riveted to the lid. I got all the old grease off the slides. I'll probably just paint the drawer fronts and case. Anyone know what color would be a close match?

I think the model number is JL-70. It's not the date.
