vintage Jack wheels - options

I've stumbled upon a few vintage jacks with wheels that are no longer working properly. I'm curious about what options I have. Are replacement wheels available from any manufacturers, or are there alternative solutions out there? Perhaps someone in this forum has access to a lathe and could reproduce them?

Google steel caster wheels. Maybe McMaster Carr has something.
