Kraeuter had some of the best handles in my opinion. Back in the day the detail was the grip!

I got one just like it a few weeks ago, mine was rusty and froze up, but it cleaned up well. I wondered what the purpose of the squared end of one handle was for. I just looked and mine is "7 1/2", also 1921. I usually don't purchase those if the jaws and cutters are worn but this one is very good.
