Vintage Milwuakee Impact?

Hey all, I recently picked up this impact from a local pawn shop. 1/2" drive, Milwaukee branded, electric impact. Plugs into a standard wall socket. I can't find any info on it, but it does seem to have some good power. Took off a 1 & 5/8 " axle nut on my truck with ease.

Can anyone id it?

That's a Milwaukee 9051 electric impact wrench. My Dad used to have one exactly like it. We used to use it mostly for lug nuts while changing tires on the family fleet. Like it was yesterday, I remember using it to change to snow tires every fall and then back to normal tires every spring. To give you an idea of how old it is, I would guess my Dad bought his in the early to mid 1970's time frame.

Thanks for the info. I figured it was old, just because has an actual metal housing, and feels solid. I picked it up for $12 or $13. I am kind of curious how much torque it has.

$12, I think you deserve a little Hoover for a good find and price.
I would like to have one, plugged into my onboard welder it may not have a variable speed. I found this out with the DeWalt tools I used. Anyway around this you know of?
