Vintage Morgan Chicago Vise

I have acquired a Morgan Chicago model 50 Vise.
The rotating base seems to have been made in England
The Vise is in good working condition. Can anyone
provide me any history and value of this Vise.

Why do you think the base is English? Have any PICs

It is stamped in the metal base, made in England.

Even without pics, I suspect the base is from a different vise.
