Vintage OTC ratchet help.

Being a Minnesota native just couldn't pass this one up. It does have alot of slip in the ratchet. Any ideas for taking it apart? Both sides look identical beside the on off.

It looks like one I have that is permanently crimped together.
Mine is reversible and the only thing removable is the on/off switch.
